For the January 2016 Soul Magic I will bring through codes and keys to support you to align with the new creational frequencies of 2016 and activate your kundalini energy to step forward with inspired action on purpose setting you up for the year ahead.

A nourishing morning class of somatic bodywork, Light Language and body focused meditation to support energetic re-alignment and energy clearing preparing your body mind and spirit to evolve to higher states of awareness.

(Light Language is a form of sound healing channelled from multiple sources supporting activation of dormant DNA allowing you to access more of your authentic self and connect with your Soul Purpose)

The class will be an organic co-creative process working with what arises on the day. Practices may include:

  • Energetic linking with the new Earth grid
  • Working with the cellular consciousness, clearing blocks and subconscious limiting beliefs going beyond ego restrictions to connect deeply with abundance and the energy of the universal receiver.
  • Re-template DNA and cell coding with the joy and bliss vibration
  • Grounding and strengthening your energy body allowing you to feel more confident and stable within the emotional body supporting you to move into ACTION
  • Expansion of heart consciousness.
